TN Academy® is a Government Job Coaching Institute in Bahadurgarh, serving students preparing for competitive and government teaching examinations.

We are looking for an experienced, professional and result-oriented Senior Admission Counsellor to manage student enquiries, counselling calls, demo classes, follow-ups, admissions and fee collection.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make at least minimu50 outbound calling attempts daily to new enquiries, existing leads and prospective students.

2. Work towards a target of minimum 5 demo bookings/attendances daily.

3. Work towards a daily fee collection target of ₹25,000+, subject to student demand and the approved fee structure.

4. Follow the four-follow-up rule for every eligible enquiry and record each interaction.

5. Enter all enquiries from Google Sheets, phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and other sources into the physical enquiry register.

6. Maintain separate physical registers for enquiries, demo classes, admissions and fee collection.

7. Send course details, fee structures, class schedules and demo schedules to students.

8. Coordinate demo classes with faculty and maintain demo attendance records.

9. Collect demo feedback and report student responses, objections and admission status to the Director daily.

10. Maintain accurate student names, contact details,



course information and follow-up records.

11. Submit daily cash collections to the authorised person and maintain proper receipts and records.

12. Check official email and Google Sheets daily and submit an end-of-day performance report.

13. Record reasons for lost enquiries, including distance, fees, course suitability and other objections.

14. Maintain qualified communication and confidentiality of student information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent spoken and written English; fluent Hindi is also required.

- Strong communication, convincing and student counselling skills.

- Accurate English spelling, typing and student-name documentation.

- Good knowledge of Gmail, Google Sheets, WhatsApp and basic computer operations.

- Previous experience in admission counselling, sales follow-ups and student conversion.

- Professional personality, punctuality, honesty and a target-oriented approach.

- Ability to maintain physical registers, fee records and daily reports.

Performance Targets

- 50 outbound calling attempts daily.

- Target of 5 demo bookings/attendances daily.

- Four documented follow-up attempts per eligible enquiry.

- Daily fee collection target of ₹25,000+, reviewed against actual admissions and demand.

- Complete enquiry documentation and daily reporting.

Candidates currently residing in Bahadurgarh or within approximately 10 km of the institute are preferred.
