- Design electrodes for injection mould cores, cavities, ribs, slots, deep pockets, sharp corners and intricate geometries.
- Identify areas requiring EDM based on mould drawings and 3D models.
- Select suitable electrode material, such as copper or graphite, based on application.
- Coordinate with EDM programmers and operators regarding electrode requirements.
- Ensure electrodes are suitable for the available EDM machines and clamping arrangements.
- Solid understanding of injection mould construction.
- Knowledge of EDM and electrode manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Siemens NX
- Ability to interpret 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
