Supervise OT nurses, technicians, attendants, and housekeeping staff.
Ensure OT readiness, sterile protocols, and infection control compliance.
Monitor OT equipment, surgical instruments, implants, and consumable inventory.
Coordinate with CSSD for sterilization and timely instrument availability.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards, WHO Surgical Safety Checklist, and biomedical waste protocols.
Handle OT documentation, utilization reports, incident reporting, and quality audits.
Train and mentor OT staff and prepare duty rosters.
Coordinate emergency surgeries and ensure smooth patient flow between OT, ICU, and wards.
