Roles & Responsibilities

· Strong experience in end-to-end event production

· Planning and executing large-scale events

· Vendor and supplier management

· Strong understanding of fabrication, AV, lighting, sound, staging, structures, branding and technical production

· Budget and cost management

· Production planning and scheduling

· Team and manpower management

· Strong vendor negotiation skills

· Understanding of technical riders and production requirements

· Coordination with artists, agencies, clients and technical teams

· Risk assessment and contingency planning

· Strong understanding of event safety and compliance

· Post-event reconciliation and vendor closure

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
