Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute high-impact product marketing strategies for beauty, skincare & wellness products
- Lead new product launches, campaigns, promotions, and go-to-market plans
- Build strong product positioning, messaging, USPs, and communication
- Conduct market & competitor research to identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, Creative & Product teams
- Understand customer needs and translate insights into effective marketing campaigns
- Monitor product performance, sales, customer feedback, and marketing ROI
- Identify market trends and recommend strategies to strengthen product growth
- Drive product awareness, customer acquisition, and overall business growth

What We're Looking For





- 3–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in Beauty, Skincare, Wellness or D2C
- Robust understanding of consumer behavior, branding & market trends
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and execution skills
- Strong analytical and project management abilities
- Experience in product launches and integrated marketing campaigns will be an advantage.
