Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-oriented In-Store Promoters (ISPs) to represent Philips Audio products at leading electronics retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Philips soundbars, party speakers, home audio systems, and other audio products while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Philips Audio products, including soundbars, party speakers, and home audio systems.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable audio products based on their needs and budget.
- Demonstrate product features, sound quality, connectivity, and other key benefits to customers.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and promotional sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail sales staff.
- Ensure Philips Audio products are properly displayed, demo units are functional, and the display area is well maintained.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and promotional activities.
- Maintain stock availability and coordinate with store staff regarding inventory requirements.
- Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, new launches, schemes, and sales incentives.
- Follow company policies, store guidelines,



and attendance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- Experience in retail sales, electronics, mobile phones, home appliances, or consumer electronics is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and selling skills may also apply.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, Bluetooth connectivity, soundbars, and speakers is an advantage.
- Must be target-oriented, disciplined, and customer-friendly.
- Willingness to work in a retail store setting, including weekends and holidays.
