We're looking for someone who thinks beyond posting content.

Someone who understands brands, has an eye for design, knows what works on social media, and can turn an idea into a well-executed campaign.

At House of Ataraxia, we're a creative-first marketing agency working across branding, content, campaigns, and digital marketing. We're looking for a Brand Manager with 2–3 years of relevant experience who can bring both creative thinking and technical expertise to the table.

What You'll Be Doing

- Brand Strategy & Creative Ideation: Develop fresh concepts, content pillars, campaigns, and creative directions that align with each brand's identity and business goals.
- Social Media Management: Plan and manage content calendars, platform strategies, posting schedules, and overall social media presence across multiple brands.
- Client Communication: Act as a key point of contact for clients, lead discussions, present ideas, understand briefs, and translate feedback into actionable plans.
- Content Curation & Direction: Work closely with designers, videographers, editors, and copywriters to ensure everything produced is creative, consistent, and on-brand.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Ideate, coordinate, and execute digital campaigns, brand launches, shoots, and content initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Technical & Platform Knowledge: Understand Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, platform algorithms, analytics, and the fundamentals of paid marketing.
- Research & Trend Analysis: Keep up with evolving trends, consumer behaviour, competitor activity, and creative developments to identify opportunities for brands.
- Performance & Reporting: Track content performance, interpret insights,



and use data to improve strategies and creative decisions.
- Project Coordination: Manage timelines, internal deliverables, approvals, and communication to ensure smooth execution across accounts.

Who We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, brand management, creative strategy, or a similar agency role.
- A strong creative instinct and a good understanding of design, visual storytelling, and brand aesthetics.
- Someone who can independently ideate campaigns, develop concepts, and contribute meaningfully to brainstorming sessions.
- A solid understanding of social media platforms, their technical functionalities, analytics, and content formats.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to interact directly with clients.
- Strong copywriting instincts and the ability to identify what makes content engaging and relevant.
- An understanding of content production, including shoots, reels, editing workflows, and creative briefs.
- Someone who's organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Agency experience is preferred.
