2) Develop cutting-edge menu items while maintaining the essence of traditional Goan and North Indian cuisine.
3) Ensure high-quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and taste and quality control across restaurants.
4) Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

1) Proven experience as a chef.
2) In-depth knowledge of traditional Goan and North Indian recipes, ingredients, and cooking methods.

4) Strong organizational and communication skills.
5) Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
