Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 2–3 years of experience in commercial interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, billing, material calculations, and cost control to ensure projects are completed within the approved budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for commercial interior projects.
- Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and interior design drawings.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and material quantity calculations.
- Analyse drawings and specifications to identify material and work requirements.
- Prepare and verify client bills, contractor bills, and vendor bills.
- Check site measurements and verify executed quantities.
- Estimate quantities for carpentry, civil works, flooring, ceiling, painting, electrical, and finishing works.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, and wastage.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Project Managers.
- Identify variations, additional works, and deviations from approved BOQs.
- Maintain cost sheets, measurement records, billing documents, and project reports.
- Support final account preparation and project cost reconciliation.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and commercial interior fit-out works.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Knowledge of material specifications, rate analysis, and billing procedures.
- Understanding of contractor billing, client billing, and variation claims.
- Positive analytical, calculation, and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, commercial interiors, construction, or fit-out projects.

Preferred Experience

Experience in corporate offices, retail spaces, showrooms, hotels, restaurants, and turnkey commercial interior projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
