Job Summary

We are looking for 10 enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our PCD Pharma Sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, connecting with potential franchise partners, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business growth across assigned pharmaceutical divisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential PCD pharma franchise distributors, stockists and business partners.
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, online platforms and other sales channels.
- Explain the company's product range, franchise opportunities, pricing and business terms to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into business partners.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.




- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, product availability, and customer support.
- Maintain daily call reports, lead records, follow-up details, and sales activity reports.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to generate repeat business and expand the customer base.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate in any stream; candidates with a B.Pharm, D.Pharm or other pharmaceutical background will be preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience in PCD pharma sales or pharmaceutical business development will be an advantage.
- Skills: Good communication, negotiation, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and online communication tools.
- Target-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
