Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SCM Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and vendor coordination, ensuring timely product availability, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure smooth operations from procurement to final delivery.
- Forecast demand, maintain optimal inventory levels, prevent stockouts and overstocking, and improve inventory turnover.
- Manage transportation, last-mile delivery, courier partners, and distribution networks to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing.
- Ensure efficient order processing and fulfilment across D2C, marketplace, and other sales channels, wherever applicable.




- Lead and guide the supply chain team, set performance targets, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- Work closely with procurement, production, sales, e-commerce, finance, and customer support teams.
- Prepare and review reports on inventory levels, order fulfilment, delivery performance, logistics costs, and other key performance indicators.
- Oversee warehouse operations, stock movement, order processing, dispatch, and inventory accuracy.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience in D2C brand, Logistics, Quick Commerce or E-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of inventory planning, warehouse management, transportation, and order fulfilment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and supply chain reporting tools; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements in rapid paced environment.
