Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly as they enter, determine their specific needs, and guide them to the correct products.
- Sales & Upselling: Recommend products, explain features/benefits, introduce active promotions, and cross-sell items to increase final sale values.
- Transaction Processing: Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) cash registers, handle cash/card payments accurately, and process returns or exchanges.
- Store Maintenance: Restock empty shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor stays clean and presentable.
- Problem Solving: Address customer complaints, answer questions professionally, and escalate complex issues to management when necessary
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
