Magi Holidays is an international travel company looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic and international travel planning, holiday packages, flight reservations, travel operations, and customer relationship management.

We are looking for a motivated professional who can deliver excellent customer service, manage travel arrangements efficiently, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and customize domestic and international tour packages.
- Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, sightseeing arrangements, airport transfers, and other travel services.
- Prepare quotations, detailed itineraries, and professional travel proposals.
- Assist clients with visa requirements, travel documentation, and related formalities.
- Manage customer inquiries, reservations, cancellations, amendments, and post-booking support.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and international travel partners.
- Operate CRM software to manage customer databases, leads, follow-ups, bookings, and client communication.
- Use travel management software and booking platforms efficiently to manage reservations and travel operations.
- Maintain accurate booking records,



customer information, quotations, and payment follow-ups.
- Build robust client relationships, identify customer needs, and generate repeat business.
- Ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of travel services.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations and holiday packages.
- Hands-on experience in flight reservations, tour operations, and travel planning.
- Practical experience using CRM software and travel booking or management systems.
- Proficiency in computer applications, email, spreadsheets, and online booking platforms.
- Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional approach to customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Knowledge of international holiday packages, visa procedures, and travel documentation.
- Experience with CRM platforms, lead management, and customer follow-up systems.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to the growth of the travel business.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
