About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Research Analyst cum HR Coordinator to manage and support a team working closely with UK and US clients in Hollywood movie data research. The role involves coordinating HR functions while also contributing to online social data research and analysis to generate meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online social data research related to Hollywood movie trends and audience insights.
- Utilise various research techniques to collect, interpret, and analyse data.
- Manage and coordinate the team.
- Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and crisis management.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth team functioning.
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Coordinate and effectively manage foreign analysts and remote teams.
- Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Full-time MBA in HR.




- HR internship experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle grievance and crisis management effectively.
- Good understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- A proactive mindset and a strong team-player attitude.

Joining Requirement: Immediate joiners preferred—candidates who can start by the last week of October are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
