Job Description: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Job Overview

Cruzen Digital is looking for a creative, innovative, and AI-savvy Graphic Designer & Video Editor who is well-versed in modern design techniques, video editing, and AI-powered creative tools. The candidate should be capable of producing high-quality graphics, engaging videos, reels, and promotional content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities

* Create attractive social media posts, banners, brochures, advertisements, and promotional creatives.

* Design Instagram posts, stories, reels covers, and other digital marketing materials.

* Edit professional videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

* Add transitions, animations, visual effects, subtitles, sound effects, and background music to videos.

* Use AI tools for image generation, video creation, background removal, visual enhancement, and creative content production.

* Generate innovative design concepts and video ideas using AI-powered tools.

* Use AI to improve creativity, speed up workflows, and maintain high-quality output.

* Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to develop creative campaigns.

* Maintain brand consistency, visual quality, and design standards across all platforms.

* Manage multiple projects and deliver creative assets within deadlines.

* Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, design trends, video editing techniques,



and social media formats.

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

* Strong proficiency in graphic design principles, typography, color theory, layouts, and visual storytelling.

* Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

* Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

* Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, and other creative applications.

* Must be well-versed in AI tools for graphic design, video editing, image generation, and content creation.

* Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway, or similar platforms.

* Ability to use AI for generating creative concepts, editing visuals, creating video assets, and enhancing productivity.

* Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content requirements.

* Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication skills, and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
