Job Overview

We are hiring a Pre-Sales Executive to handle initial client interactions, understand their property needs, and identify potential matches. The candidate will collect client information and share qualified requirements with the appropriate Residential or Commercial team for further coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Contact clients over the phone to understand their property needs and expectations.
- Collect details regarding budget, preferred location, property type, and other requirements.
- Understand property buying, selling, and rental enquiries.
- Review client requirements and identify suitable property options.
- Record client information and maintain updated enquiry details.




- Share relevant client profiles with the Residential or Commercial team.
- Follow up with clients to confirm requirements and gather additional information.
- Work closely with internal teams to support smooth client coordination.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to client interaction and follow-ups.
- Ability to understand requirements and communicate information clearly.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of data entry.
- Valuable listening, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Kannada language skills will be an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
