Project Management Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a Project Management Executive to support the planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring of projects from the initial site assessment through completion. The candidate will be responsible for ground-level project activities, site measurements, location analysis, documentation, CRM updates, and coordination with internal teams and project stakeholders.

The role requires a person with basic technical knowledge of MEP and Civil works, good documentation and coordination skills, and the willingness to travel to project locations and work on weekends based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to completion.
- Conduct site visits, location analysis, and ground-level assessments.
- Take and verify Civil measurements at project sites.
- Understand and coordinate basic MEP-related technical requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documents, reports, measurements, and records.
- Update and manage project information systematically in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with project, operations,



vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Track project progress, pending activities, and timelines.
- Identify site-level issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project activities.
- Travel to different project locations as required.
- Work on weekends/holidays based on project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Technical knowledge of MEP.
- Basic knowledge of Civil works and measurements.
- Good understanding of location/site analysis.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Comfortable with ground-level/site work.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Systematic knowledge of CRM/software tools.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Weekend work may be required depending on project schedules.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
