What You'll Do
- Identify and research potential B2B clients and decision-makers
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, web research, and other platforms
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns
- Find relevant companies, contacts, and business opportunities
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and potential
- Maintain lead information and follow-ups in CRM/Google Sheets
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into opportunities
- Track lead generation performance and regularly report results
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in Lead Generation / Business Development
- Experience with LinkedIn,
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead research tools
- Good understanding of B2B lead generation and prospecting
- Strong communication and research skills
- Experience with cold email and LinkedIn outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Sheets/Excel
- Ability to identify and qualify high-quality prospects
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on generating results
- Experience in IT/Software/Technology lead generation is a plus
