JOB DESCRIPTION

? Define and implement test strategy, test plans, and quality assurance processes. ? Lead Manual, Automation, API, Regression, and SIT testing activities. ? Manage QA teams, resource planning, and delivery timelines. ? Monitor test execution, defect management, and release readiness.



? Track and report quality metrics, risks, and project status. ? Collaborate with Business, Product, Development, and Program teams. ? Drive continuous improvement, test automation adoption, and QA best practices. ? Ensure successful project delivery, quality sign-off, and stakeholder satisfaction. ? Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and Release Management. ? Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, Test Management, and Defect Tracking tools. ? Expertise in Functional, API, Automation, and SIT/UAT Testing. ? Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ? Experience in risk management, estimation, planning, and governance.
