Job Summary:

St. Wilfred’s School, Mansarovar, is looking for a passionate, qualified, and student-focused TGT Hindi Teacher to teach Hindi as per the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct engaging, interactive, and activity-based classroom sessions that encourage students to develop their Hindi language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Hindi in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and prescribed academic guidelines.
- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered classroom sessions.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, comprehension and communication skills in Hindi.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Use cutting-edge teaching methods and activities to improve student participation.
- Coordinate with parents and colleagues regarding students’ academic development.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, examinations and other academic responsibilities.





Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or a relevant subject, along with a B.Ed. degree (mandatory).
- Experience: 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Good understanding of the CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Teaching Approach: Ability to conduct interactive, engaging, and activity-based classroom sessions.
- Subject Expertise: Strong command of Hindi grammar, literature, reading and writing.
- Classroom Management: Ability to manage students effectively and maintain a disciplined learning environment.
