Hubode Living is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our co-living property in Kozhikode.

The role involves managing property operations, leading operational teams, coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, security and front desk functions, handling resident concerns, managing vendors and procurement, and ensuring consistent standards of service, cleanliness and safety.

The Operations Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing SOPs, monitoring operational KPIs, managing staff performance, controlling operational costs, and working closely with the leadership team to improve efficiency and resident experience.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in hospitality, co-living, hotels, serviced apartments, property management or a similar operational environment. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.

This is a full-time,



on-site position in Kozhikode with an opportunity to play a key role in building scalable operational systems as Hubode Living expands.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Postgraduate degree OR degree/diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Property Management or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in hospitality, co-living, property management or similar operations

- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

- Hands-on approach with the ability to work in office and manage day-to-day operations

- Ability to build and implement systems, SOPs and processes

- Experience in leading and managing operational teams

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
