Who we are looking for:

This role sits in the M&A; team and owns the migration and integration of newly acquired brands into Gravitiq, then supports the wider deal process.

What you’ll be doing:

Migration & integration

- Plan and run the migration of each acquired brand: marketplace and Shopify accounts, listings, inventory, suppliers and supply chain, 3PL, finance, data and IP
- Act as the single point of contact between the seller and our internal teams (ops, supply chain, marketing, finance, data, legal)
- Build and maintain an integration playbook and checklists, track progress and flag risks early
- Post-migration, support each brand for 3+ months: monitor sales, stock and ad performance, resolve issues, then hand over cleanly to the BAU teams

M&A; support

- Source new opportunities through brokers, direct outreach and marketplaces
- Support screening, financial analysis and due diligence (commercial, operational, financial)




- Help add new deals to the pipeline and deal desk

What you’ll bring into the table:

- 2–5 years in M&A;, transaction services, PE/VC, consulting or an e-commerce aggregator
- Hands-on understanding of Amazon Seller Central and/or Shopify; account transfer experience a big plus
- Strong project management across multiple teams
- Commercial and financial literacy: P&Ls;, basic modelling, DD
- Detail-oriented, organised, comfortable with ambiguity and a self-starter
