Accountant – HOUSE OF MEN

Location: Westhill, Kozhikode, Kerala

HOUSE OF MEN, a recent men's lifestyle and fashion store, is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our daily accounts, sales records, inventory reconciliation, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense records.
- Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain purchase invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Monitor stock records and coordinate inventory reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and financial reports.
- Maintain GST-related records and coordinate GST filing with the relevant consultant, if applicable.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and proper documentation of all transactions.





Requirements

- Degree or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Previous experience in accounting, preferably in retail or a clothing store.
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software.
- Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Preferred: Candidates with experience handling retail billing, inventory, and daily store accounts.

Work Location: HOUSE OF MEN, Westhill, Kozhikode.
