Job Summary

Manage finished goods dispatch operations, ensuring timely, accurate dispatches per the PPC plan while coordinating with Production, Stores, Quality, and Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily dispatch plans and coordinate finished goods availability.
- Prepare dispatch schedules, invoices, packing lists and other dispatch documents.
- Coordinate FG packing, labelling and material readiness.
- Coordinate with Logistics for vehicle planning and timely dispatch.
- Maintain FG inventory, FIFO and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor dispatch accuracy and prevent wrong dispatches.
- Handle dispatch-related customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit daily dispatch, packaging, FG stock, and other MIS reports.
- Support customer audits and ensure compliance with ISO 15378:2017 and ISO 13485:2016 requirements.
- Maintain 5S and implement Kaizen initiatives in the dispatch area.
- Ensure safe handling of finished goods and adherence to PPE/safety requirements.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
