About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Search Engine Advertising (SEA) Manager to manage and grow paid search campaigns across the UK, US, and European markets.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands-on experience in paid search and performance marketing, with a proven track record of optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, and driving profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Develop market-specific campaign strategies for the UK, US, Germany, and other European markets.
- Monitor and improve return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rates, and revenue.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- Manage advertising budgets and identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, Content, and Analytics teams to improve campaign performance.
- Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools to analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations.




- Maintain accurate conversion tracking and campaign reporting.

Required Qualifications

- At least five years of hands-on experience in SEA, PPC, paid search, or performance marketing.
- Demonstrated experience managing campaigns across the UK, US, and European markets.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Strong understanding of international targeting, localization, and market-specific customer behavior.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
- Robust analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns, markets, budgets, and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with E-commerce, D2C, Retail, Fitness, or Lifestyle brands.
- Experience managing campaigns in Germany or the wider DACH region.
- Knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization.
- Relevant Google Ads certifications.
