Job Title: Nurse In-Charge (Oncology Experienced)

Job Summary:
MOC Cancer Care & Research Centre is seeking an experienced Nurse In-Charge to oversee centre-level nursing operations, ensure patient safety, and deliver an productive, high-quality patient care experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth patient flow, timely procedure scheduling, and minimal waiting times.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to established clinical protocols.
- Perform and supervise medication/chemotherapy drug mixing, following prescribed safety protocols.
- Manage PICC line care and related nursing procedures as per clinical guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-equipped patient care unit.




- Ensure accurate patient documentation and timely reporting to management.
- Monitor medical consumables and ensure uninterrupted availability of essential supplies.
- Ensure staff compliance with clinical safety standards and protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:

- BSc Nursing / GNM.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a hospital or daycare centre.
- Strong communication, observation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
