Role Overview

The role involves quantity surveying, civil work estimation, drawing interpretation, and monitoring daily project progress. The selected candidate will coordinate with district-level field coordinators, track work completion, follow up on pending activities, and ensure projects are completed within the stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity estimates and BOQs based on civil drawings.
- Read and interpret civil engineering drawings and calculate quantities.
- Collect and monitor daily progress reports from district coordinators.
- Track project progress against planned quantities and timelines.
- Follow up with field teams to resolve delays and complete pending works.
- Maintain district-wise progress reports and estimation records.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of Quantity Surveying (QS) and civil estimation.
- Ability to read drawings and prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong communication, follow-up, coordination, and decision-making skills.





Significant: Candidates must have practical QS and estimation knowledge. This is an office-based position in Hyderabad and requires coordination with field teams across multiple districts.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
