Job Description :

Paisafin is looking for motivated, customer-focused and target-oriented Sales Executives to promote a wide range of financial products and services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and an interest in sales and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new customers through field visits, telecalling, references and networking.
- Promote and generate business for various financial products, including:
- Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Gold Loans, Car Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Credit Cards and other banking products.
- Life Insurance, Health Insurance and General Insurance.
- Mutual Funds, SIPs and investment products.
- Demat Account Opening and Depository Services.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable financial products.
- Assist customers with application forms, documentation and onboarding.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and authorized financial partners for application processing.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification:



12th Pass; graduates will be preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in banking, NBFC, fintech, insurance, credit cards, loans or financial product sales will be an advantage.
- Positive communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain sales records.
- Willingness to work towards sales targets and conduct customer visits when required.
