- Welcome clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage client check-ins, registrations, and appointments.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries.
- Explain clinic services, slimming programmes, and available packages using approved information.
- Direct clients to the appropriate consultant, nutritionist, or therapist.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments.
- Maintain the daily appointment calendar.
- Coordinate consultations, treatment sessions, and follow-up visits.
- Inform clients about upcoming appointments and missed visits.
- Respond to enquiries about weight management and slimming programmes.
- Follow up with prospective clients and generate consultation appointments.
- Assist the team in converting enquiries into consultations and programme enrolments.
- Inform clients about approved offers, packages, and promotions.




- Maintain enquiry and follow-up records.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, and WhatsApp handling.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
