Sr. Tender Executive

Location: Kolkata
Experience: 4–6 Years (Local Candidates only)

We’re seeking a Sr. Tender Executive for the Kolkata region with 4–6 years of Govt. Bidding/Tendering experience. Candidates with experience in the IT/ITES industry & GeM portal bidding would be an added advantage.

Essential Job Functions

- Tender documents preparation.
- Researching and identifying government procurement opportunities.
- Review tender documents to understand project requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submission.
- Drafting and preparing tender documents, including technical proposals, financial bids, and any other required documentation.

Education and Experience





- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, procurement, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.
- Proven experience in tendering and procurement, preferably in a government or public sector setting.
- Excellent understanding of government procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to review and interpret complex tender documents.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

Pay: ₹15,013.05 - ₹32,639.51 per month
