Marketing Executive – EPIC Trade Connect Pvt. Ltd.

EPIC Trade Connect Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to manage and execute our digital marketing activities, content creation, social media management, and promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, content planning, and online promotional strategies. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening the company's digital presence, promoting events and business initiatives, generating leads, and supporting the company's overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop social media content calendars and schedule regular posts.
- Create engaging content, captions, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and external agencies to develop marketing materials.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Identify digital marketing trends and implement new promotional strategies.

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Support lead generation campaigns through social media, websites, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, and conversions.
- Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements to achieve better ROI.
- Assist with audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimisation.

Content & Marketing Communications

- Create marketing content for websites, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing, brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
- Write engaging promotional messages, event announcements, invitations, and marketing copies.
- Support website content updates, basic SEO activities,



and online brand visibility.
- Develop creative ideas for promoting company services, events, partnerships, and business initiatives.

Event & Business Promotion

- Plan and execute digital promotions for business events, conferences, exhibitions, and training programmes.
- Coordinate pre-event, on-ground, and post-event marketing activities.
- Promote event registrations, sponsorship opportunities, business stalls, and participation packages.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, speakers, sponsors, and vendors for marketing activities.
- Support lead follow-ups and promotional communication through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Track leads, campaign results, engagement, and other key marketing metrics.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign records, and databases.
- Coordinate with management and internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing plans.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any relevant discipline.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online promotions is preferred.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads, social media platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and social media trends.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, website management, and analytics is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organisational, creative thinking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
