Key Responsibilities

- Assess patients, record medical histories, and assist in initiating appropriate treatment under consultant supervision.
- Conduct regular ICU and ward rounds and monitor admitted patients.
- Monitor vital signs, review investigation reports, and report abnormalities to senior doctors.
- Inform consultants about patient admissions, critical findings, and clinical progress.
- Ensure timely implementation of consultants' treatment orders by nursing and paramedical staff.
- Assist in managing uncomplicated OPD cases under appropriate medical supervision.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and attend Code Blue calls.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments for effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Complete admission, discharge, and other required medical documentation.
- Maintain death registers and other mandatory hospital records.
- Follow hospital SOPs, patient-safety standards, and NABH protocols.
- Maintain all required NABH records and documentation.
- Perform additional duties assigned by senior consultants and hospital management.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: BAMS / BHMS (Mandatory).
- Registration:



Valid Maharashtra Council of Indian Medicine (MCIM) registration for BAMS candidates or Maharashtra Council of Homoeopathy (MCH) registration for BHMS candidates (mandatory).
- A minimum of 1 year of hospital experience is preferred.
- Experience in ICU, emergency care, or inpatient management is preferred.
- Good knowledge of patient monitoring, emergency response, and clinical documentation.
- Ability to identify critical conditions and promptly escalate cases to senior doctors.
- Valuable communication, teamwork, and patient-management skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duties.
- Candidates from Pune are preferred.

Important Requirement

Candidates must be capable of handling ward and ICU monitoring duties, coordinating with consultants, and maintaining accurate medical records. All clinical responsibilities must be performed within the candidate's legally permitted scope of practice and hospital protocols.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
