Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage parent interactions, conduct client meetings, explain talent development and promotional packages, and build long-term relationships with families.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in communication, client handling, follow-ups, and sales conversion. The candidate will work closely with the Creative and Talent Management teams to ensure a smooth client experience, from the initial office visit to registration and further engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome parents and clients visiting the office and understand their requirements.
- Conduct one-to-one meetings with parents regarding their children's modelling, e-commerce, advertising, portfolio, and promotional opportunities.
- Explain available packages, services, deliverables, pricing, and terms transparently.
- Convert interested visitors and leads into registered clients through effective communication and ethical sales techniques.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate client records, lead status, follow-up schedules, and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with the calling team, Talent Managers, photographers,



and production team to ensure smooth client communication.
- Address client queries and concerns professionally and escalate operational issues when required.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and provide updates regarding confirmed projects and deliverables.
- Achieve assigned targets for client meetings, follow-ups, registrations, and revenue conversion.
- Ensure parents receive transparent information about services, fees, and project commitments before making a purchase decision.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Experience in customer relationship management, counselling, front-office operations, hospitality, or sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with parents and discussing services related to children and talent management.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and CRM records.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Presentable, professional, target-oriented, and confident.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Working Schedule
