About the Role

We are looking for a confident, results-driven Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
- Research potential clients, understand their requirements, and qualify leads.
- Connect with prospective clients, present company services, and arrange business meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
- Prepare proposals, conduct follow-ups, negotiate terms, and support deal closures.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills and confidence in client interactions.
- Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals.
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and lead-generation platforms.
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or digital services sales is an advantage.
