JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end Solar EPC project execution from site mobilization through commissioning. The role will focus on timely execution, safety, quality, site coordination, and project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee complete Solar EPC project execution from mobilization to commissioning.

- Supervise and coordinate contractors, site engineers, and project teams.

- Ensure projects meet approved schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.

- Coordinate with DISCOMs, electrical inspectors, government authorities, and vendors.

- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.

- Monitor project progress and prepare work progress reports.





- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.

- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and contractors.

- Ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.

- Travel to project sites as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant site execution experience.

- Solar EPC project experience highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of site execution and contractor management.

- Valuable understanding of project safety and quality requirements.

- Solid project coordination and team-management skills.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel to project sites.
