Job Description / Responsibilities

 To monitor and control all the maintenance processes related to machines and Utilities to ensure department Quality Objectives are achieved as per Target mentioned.

 To work and improve on reducing Breakdown, avoiding breakdown with proper analysis and action plan and control plan.

 To plan better utilization maintenance staff and workmen with proper planning of work allocations.

 To ensure implementation of ISO 9001:2015, EHS requirements within the department.

 To report performance quality objectives status and preventive maintenance status to management.

 To maintain the integrity of IMS in case of any changes.

 To Plan the preventive maintenance, to attend and analyze the breakdown of machinery.

 To ensure proper training of workman and to ensure safe work practices to be followed by all maintenance team.



Contractors, Service Providers.

 To implement system-oriented approach in all Maintenance Activities like Planning, Keeping Records, History cards, Check list upgradation, Smart Maintenance practices, Usages of recent software to better monitor and control Maintenance process.

 Shall have exposure to Projects such as new construction.

 To ensure that execution of projects is done as per timeline.

 To have hand on exposure to new projects and its life cycle.

 It will be combined profile of Maintenance and Projects.

Qualification

Graduate Engineer- Mechanical

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
