Role Description

The Project Quality Engineer is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring quality processes across data center and infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with internal standards, client requirements, and relevant regulations. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining quality plans, conducting inspections and audits, reviewing technical documentation, and collaborating with project, engineering, and operations teams to resolve quality issues. The Project Quality Engineer will analyze non-conformities, drive corrective and preventive actions,



and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service reliability. The role also requires preparing quality reports and metrics, supporting customer reviews, and contributing to risk assessments and project handovers.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, with the ability to design and implement project-specific quality frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in Quality Control, including inspections, testing, and verification of installations, materials, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance practices, such as audits, process reviews, and compliance checks against industry standards and certifications.
- Experience in managing Product Quality for technical or infrastructure solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline) or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems; prior experience in data centers, infrastructure, or industrial projects is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test reports.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work workplace.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities while meeting timelines and quality objectives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
