Your Work Profile

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications and agentic AI solutions for production environments.
- Build multi-agent orchestration workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, optimizing document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, hybrid search, reranking, and retrieval quality.
- Implement AI agent capabilities using Model Context Protocol (MCP), tools, function calling, and reusable agent skills.
- Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python, Go, Java, FastAPI, or equivalent technologies.
- Integrate enterprise LLMs and AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude,



AWS Bedrock, and other foundation model platforms.
- Deploy and manage AI applications and microservices on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement AI evaluation frameworks, regression testing, hallucination mitigation, and quality assessment to ensure reliable production deployments.
- Establish observability and monitoring for AI applications, including latency, throughput, token consumption, cost, error rates, and agent execution traces.
- Implement AI security, governance, and compliance controls, including role-based access control, authentication, policy enforcement, audit logging, and responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Contribute to reusable AI platform components, reference architectures, engineering standards, technical documentation, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing to improve engineering quality and operational reliability.

Good to Have

- Experience with Claude Agent SDK, Claude Skills, MCP,



and agent-to-agent communication.
- Experience with Langfuse, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar observability tools.
- Knowledge of policy-as-code frameworks such as Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Rego.
- Experience with real-time AI applications, streaming, voice AI, or multimodal solutions.
- Exposure to Databricks, Google Cloud Platform, and enterprise data platforms.
- Relevant certifications in cloud computing, Generative AI, AI engineering, or cloud-native application development.
- Certification in DP-200, DP-201, DP-203, DA-100, PL-300, AZ-900
