The Marketing & Showroom Coordinator Executive is responsible for coordinating showroom marketing activities, managing customer enquiries, supporting sales executives, maintaining customer follow-ups, and ensuring smooth showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate showroom marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and local advertising.
- Handle customer enquiries received through phone calls, walk-ins, social media, and online platforms.
- Coordinate test rides, vehicle displays, promotional events, and customer engagement activities.
- Follow up with potential customers and ensure timely communication.
- Support sales executives in lead management and customer conversion.
- Maintain daily enquiry records, lead reports, follow-up status, and marketing activity reports.




- Coordinate with the sales team and branch management to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure showroom displays, promotional materials, and branding are properly maintained.
- Assist in organising customer meets, exchange camps, roadshows, and other marketing activities.
- Monitor online enquiries and coordinate responses with the concerned team.
- Collect customer feedback and report issues to the branch manager.
- Ensure proper coordination between the showroom, marketing team, and management.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
