We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is suitable for freshers who want to develop their communication, customer service, and sales skills. The selected candidate will contact potential customers, explain the company’s products or services, answer basic queries, follow up with interested customers, and maintain accurate call records. Training and guidance will be provided as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using company-provided contact lists.
- Explain the company’s products or services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and respond to basic queries.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and follow-ups.
- Update customer information in spreadsheets or the company’s CRM system.
- Handle customer objections politely and refer complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Work towards assigned calling, lead-generation, and performance targets.
- Follow company policies and maintain customer confidentiality.

Required Qualifications





- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent, subject to the employer’s requirements.
- Good verbal communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with smartphones, email, and spreadsheets.
- A polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach.
- Willingness to learn and participate in training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Fluency in Hindi and English; regional languages may be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of customer service, sales, or lead generation.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good time management and follow-up skills.
