• 3+ years building backend services in production. • Robust Python skills, including practical experience with asyncio, type hints and pytest. • Solid SQL and hands-on PostgreSQL experience — joins, indexing, and reading a query plan. • Experience building and consuming REST APIs in a production environment. • Working knowledge of Docker and exposure to Kubernetes. • Comfortable with Git-based workflows and CI pipelines. • Clear communication and the habit of asking early when a design does not make sense.
