Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to contact potential customers, explain our products and services, follow up on leads, and generate business opportunities through phone calls.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain customer details,



call records, and follow-up status.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of Tamil and basic English is preferred.
