- Assist the Training Manager in planning and conducting employee training programs.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training requirements.
- Conduct training on customer service, product knowledge, hygiene, food safety, and company policies.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and attendance records.
- Monitor employee training progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Maintain training schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with café and restaurant teams to ensure timely completion of training.
- Conduct follow-up sessions to improve employee performance and productivity.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and engage employees.
- Experience in café, restaurant, FMCG, or hospitality training is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
