We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to assist customers with their vehicle service requirements and ensure a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
- Explain repair work, service charges, and maintenance requirements.
- Prepare job cards and service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Update customers on service progress.
- Follow up with customers to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance.
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
