Key Responsibilities

– Develop concept, massing and space plans for residences and commercial fit- outs; present to clients with the Design Lead. – Produce and review GFC drawing sets (plans, RCPs, sections, joinery, toilet and finish details); red-line juniors’ and draftsmen’s output before issue. – Coordinate structural, MEP, lighting and landscape inputs in one model; resolve clashes before site, not on site. – Conduct design-intent site audits; resolve site queries (RFIs) same-day; approve mock-ups and samples. – Support BOQ preparation with the execution team; keep drawing registers and issue logs current. – Liaise with external consultants (production drawings, MEP) and local authority requirements where applicable. Requirements – B.Arch (COA registration preferred); 3–6 years post-qualification, with at least one built project taken from concept to handover. – AutoCAD compulsory; Revit strongly preferred; SketchUp ; solid detailing of interiors-grade drawings (joinery, stone layouts, ceiling). – Comfortable on active sites; can read structure and services, not only architecture.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
