INSIDE Design India Pvt Ltd is one of the leading turnkey interior company for home & office with the state of the art mechanised factory with 50,000 sq. ft at Kochuveli Industrial Estate, Trivandrum.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in operations management, team coordination, client handling, and project coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow across different departments and supporting the successful execution of interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate between design, sales, project execution, accounts, and administrative teams.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and operational requirements.
- Ensure smooth coordination between office and project/site teams.
- Manage and coordinate vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor work quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project-related coordination when required.
- Monitor team performance and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Assist management in planning, implementing, and improving operational processes.
- Prepare and review operational reports and provide regular updates to management.




- Ensure company procedures and standards are followed across projects and departments.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in operations management is mandatory.
- Experience in the interior design, architecture, construction, or related industry is preferred.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of project coordination and workflow management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for operational outcomes.

Salary & Benefits

- ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
