Job Responsibilities

- Maintain daily office records, files, and documentation.
- Perform basic accounting and data-entry tasks using Tally.
- Prepare, update, and maintain Excel sheets and reports.
- Use MS Word for preparing letters, documents, and official correspondence.
- Maintain bills, invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
- Handle routine back-office and administrative activities.
- Ensure accurate data entry and proper record management.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and computer operations.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Responsible, punctual, and organized.
