Blitz Academy is looking for an experienced, confident, and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead our Business Development and Admission Counselling team in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Business Development Executives and Admission Counsellors.
- Take ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly sales and admission targets.
- Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, counselling, conversions, and admissions.
- Track individual performance and conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
- Coach team members on sales techniques, counselling, negotiation, and objection handling.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion, admissions, and revenue.
- Monitor lost leads and implement effective follow-up and re-engagement strategies.
- Prepare sales performance reports and coordinate with management and other departments.




- Ensure qualified communication, team accountability, and a positive student experience.

Who We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in sales, admissions, education sales, inside sales, or a related field.
- Experience in team handling or sales leadership will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of sales funnels, lead management, and conversion strategies.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred.
