Content & Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Develop content pillars and monthly social media calendars.
- Plan content for Instagram Reels, Stories, posts and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers and video editors.
- Manage social media posting schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Write engaging captions and monitor comments, DMs and enquiries.
- Generate leads through social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Make calls and follow up with guests for reservations, birthdays, parties and corporate events.
- Maintain lead databases and track enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to convert leads into bookings.
- Support marketing campaigns,



events and WhatsApp promotions.
- Track social media performance and lead generation results.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Good communication and content-writing skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Canva and Meta Business Suite.
- Comfortable making calls and following up with potential customers.
- Creative, organised, proactive and target-oriented.
- Hospitality or restaurant marketing experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
