We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and customer-focused Mobile Car Wash & Detailing Technician with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive cleaning and detailing. In this role, you will travel to residential and corporate locations to deliver premium doorstep car washing and interior detailing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Doorstep Execution: Travel to customer locations (apartments, residential villas, and offices) using your two-wheeler to perform scheduled car washes and detailing jobs.
- Exterior & Interior Care: Execute thorough waterless washes, pressure washing, foam applications, and micro-fiber drying without inducing swirl marks. Clean and vacuum interiors, dashboard conditioning, and glass cleaning.
- Equipment & Chemical Handling: Properly handle and maintain portable pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, rotary/dual-action polishers, and specialized cleaning chemicals.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and polite demeanor while interacting directly with clients. Understand their specific care requests and ensure high satisfaction.
- Job Tracking & Reporting: Use a smartphone to log completed jobs, update service sheets, and capture before-and-after photos of vehicles.
- Asset Management: Ensure safety, regular maintenance,



and proper upkeep of assigned company kits and equipment.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience working as a Car Cleaner, Detailer, or Floor Technician at a professional car wash studio, detailing studio, or mobile wash provider.
- Mandatory Skills: Hands-on knowledge of paint protection, foam wash techniques, interior vacuuming, and handling detailing chemical dilutions safely.
- Licensing & Mobility: Must hold a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a reliable two-wheeler for field travel across Bengaluru.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable using a smartphone to navigate client locations via GPS and update daily service logs.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills in Kannada / English / Hindi, punctual, honest, and well-groomed for direct customer-facing interactions.
